Vendor and Lessee Protection and ExclusivitySunBridge Capital does not directly solicit business from vendors or end-users (with the exception of off-lease asset remarketing). We seek to arm our product representatives with the best possible financing program and products. Brokers are then responsible for competing in the open market to earn applications from vendors and end-users. We strongly encourage you to stay in frequent contact with your vendors and lessees to earn more business from them. If we are contacted directly by an applicant, lessee or vendor you have done business with in the past, we will make every attempt to reconnect the two of you. However, if the applicant, lessee or vendor clearly states he or she is interested in SunBridge Capital products but prefers not to work with you, we will refer him or her to another product representative. In 2006, 93% of SunBridge Capital’s originations came through our broker channel. The remaining 7% were finances of our off-lease inventory and legacy vendor accounts. It is the policy of SunBridge Capital to process and render a credit decision on any application we receive.
