SunBridge Capital Reseller Certificates

The resale certificates below should be used to communicate to your vendors that sales tax should not be charged when SunBridge Capital funds a transaction. Use the resale certificate for the state in which the sale is occuring. This state may not be the state in which the vendor is located or the state in which the lessee’s business is located. Check with your vendor to verify which resale certificate they require. Use this information in conjunction with our Invoice Worksheet.
