Ensuring that you receive your instant alerts from SunBridge Capital

Make sure that you don’t miss instant alerts. Add SunBridge Capital to your “Safe Senders”. Some newer e-mail clients use “smart” technology to filter out the piles of unwanted e-mail that are sent daily. Sometimes, the filtering techniques used can exclude “good” addresses. To ensure that you never miss instant alerts from SunBridge Capital, follow these steps:

1) In Microsoft Outlook, go to “Actions >> Junk E-mail >> Junk E-mail Options” and click the “Safe Senders” tab. On the right hand side of the dialog box, you’ll see an “Add…” button. Click that button, type “@sunbridgecapital.com” and click “OK”.

2) In other e-mail clients, be sure to consult the help documentation.

If you notice further missed e-mails, be sure to contact your IT department or e-mail service provider.

Two commonly overlooked items needed prior to funding deals

Two commonly overlooked items required for funding but not received in funding packages are:

  • Voided check paired with the ACH Agreement
  • FEIN written on the Schedule A

Be sure to double-check your funding packages or advise your applicant to be sure these items are included. This will save time and requests for additional information, which means faster, simpler fundings.
