Pricing updates effective next week

SunBridge Capital will offer new pricing beginning June 1, 2008. For stronger credits, buy rates and amounts due up-front will be reduced in most cases. You can earn up to ten points with only the first payment and processing fee due in advance! Across all approvable credits, pricing will be more gradual, meaning many deals will earn better pricing than they would have in the past, and it will be easier to strengthen a deal to earn better pricing. Rates and up-front amounts for challenged credits will increase.

There are no changes to our credit, asset or transaction size requirements. All existing and active approvals will be honored under their original pricing.

Double-check the address provided in AppBuilder before indicating no match found

SunBridge Capital's AppBuilder online application includes a mechanism for address verification. This tool matches the provided address with standardized addresses from the US Postal Service. In AppBuilder, you have the ability to override the address matching, but you should use this function with caution. A correct address match expedites credit decisions, tax calculation, document preparation and document auditing. Often addresses are not matched in AppBuilder due to typos or incomplete information provided.
